Quick, simple, no overselling... Are you paying a premium? I would say yes...but you get what you pay for. Our Tub/Shower took 3 hours...start to finish and instantly made our bathroom usable and clean again. The installers Chuck and Dylan were excellent, showing me each step, asking the right questions to be sure it was installed the way I wanted it. We had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Billy was incredible at the initial estimate and listening to our concerns. He was able to create a design and a cost that was fit for our needs. During install, Chuck and Brandon made the process incredibly smooth and comfortable. They were a pleasure to work with. This is my second bath fitter experience and I highly recommend them: they take care of all of the details, and leave you with a beautiful shower in one day. They also tidy up after themselves so you are left alone with a lovely new bath or shower.
