Brenden E. came out to our home in Batavia, NY on 9/26 to do an upgrade on our bath tube and shower. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was professional and polite. He explained what he was going to do when I asked him questions. When he completed the install he cleaned up as if he wasn't even here.
