We bought a house that had a bath fitter in it. We had an issue with the silicone caulking cracking and water getting under the liner so the floor of the bathtub was getting squishy. With the lifetime warranty that is transferable, we were able to have someone out 2 days after I called. They assessed the problem, drained the water and resealed the silicone. Had Chuck over here for our surround and tub cover install and was fantastic. Floor mats were brought in to keep floors clean leading up to bathroom. Vacuumed up messes that were made and finishing job looks great too. And came with a free squeegee.
