We had our bathroom done 16 years ago. Up until recently we had no issues, however when getting out of the shower sometime back the curved shower rod pulled out of the wall. The mounting bracket was still attached, it appeared as though the fixture itself was rusted and it broke off. We made arrangements to have it replaced and the repair guy informed us due to the fact it was pulled away from the wall there would be a $75 dollar charge. Bath Fitter came in did a great job removing our bathtub and existing shower walls they put in a brand new shower floor glass doors and the necessary Plumbing and they did a beautiful job Chuck and Todd were the employees and they were very fast courteous and professional

I just had new shower installed by Chuck and will have to say I would encourage any disabled looking to update to a walk in shower call on Chuck from bath fitter bflo NY he was kind ,friendly, very neat on cleaning up afterwards and hardly took a long time.
