First and foremost, Bath Fitters is a responsive, customer-oriented company. I had a shower and a shower/tub combo redone by them.
The good:
- The wall surrounds are great. They look nice, they are well fitted and caulked. I had a jacuzzi tub that I was replacing with a regular tub. They offered an "extra deep" model that fit well, but a wall needed to be put up to enclose it. It was well done.

Today our wonderful Bath Fitter team removed our old Bath tub and installed a beautiful new walk-in shower all in about 6 hours including all cleanup. Billy was our sales rep and did a wonderful job explaining the process and offering advice when needed. He was very personable and I professional.
