Dylan was on time, friendly yet professional. He immediately began his work, carefully paid attention to removal and clean-up of old bathtub. After installing a walk-in shower, very carefully and thoroughly cleaned up the resulting residue as well as then sweeping and vacuuming the area both around the bathroom as well as the areas going to the bathroom, and even the front porch! I would highly recommend him and Bath Fitters for both his professionalism and the quality of the product.
I am writing this review for my girlfriend Ms Zhang who had her installation last Wednesday September 28, 2022. I referred Bath Fitter to her after having 2 done in my house. The installer was Chuck who did an outstanding job. I was there with Chuck the entire day as Ms Zhang had to work.
In what reality do you think anyone would pay $7900 to bath fit a 5x3x7 shower area with your most basic options? And further choices up would cost over 9k. Just crazy...not worth it. I could do the entire bathroom at that cost.
Installer Dylan was very professional and well experienced in doing this kind of work. There was quite a few different procdures to do. Very neat and very careful in carry in products into the house. Did a very good job installing a new shower. Also when finished did a very good job of clean up that you would not know he was there that day. Will refer your product and service to other friends and neighbors.
