Mary and Tom in the office were on top of all of our questions and Billy was there through the quote to the end. Wow we love our new shower in our guest bathroom! We are jealous that isn’t in the master bathroom! From Lisa to Billy to our installer Joe A, everything was seamless. Joe A was absolutely professional, showed up on time and installed our new shower as promised in less than a day. He was pleasant, friendly and cleaned up like he was never in my home. Next time I need a new shower I will be reaching out to Bath Fitters!

they got here at 8 and went right to work ,Ron and Bob did a great job and were done by 12;30 it looks great my shower ,very happy with it.if you need a new shower or tub i say Bath Fitter is the best.

Rob and Mike did a fantastic job on our bathtub/shower. They explained to me my options in a way that was clear and very helpful. I also learned that Bathfitter does more than add acrylic panels; they install dry wall, do carpentry work, and can do more extensive work to the studs. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
