Dan V / Zach were the installers for replacing an old tub unit with a shower unit in my mom's house. A preliminary explanation of the process was explained before started. This team was careful to lay tarp, were polite, efficient, & cleaned up when done. Very pleased & recommend.

Installed new bathtub. Installed rug covering to go upstairs, bathroom looks terrific and cleaned up very nicely after. They were very accommodating. I would highly recommend Joe and Rick.

Dylan came yesterday to install our bathtub and i can't say enough at how awesome the experience was. Dylan was on time and professional and actually nice. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter got an amazing bath tub. We are so impressed that i wish i could use bathfitter to remodel my kitchen too. Thanks Dylan for being so awesome.

Our 2 fellows from Bath Fitter (Joe A. and Todd) arrived on time, covered our rugs to protect them, and set to work immediately. They used a sledge to break up our giant, old tub, and they did it fast, and were carrying that tub out in boxes before we knew it. Is it the cheapest way out? Nope. But like most things in life, you get what you pay for. Joe A. from Bathfitter in Cheektowaga showed up exactly on time, worked professionally, cleanly and quickly. I didn't have a simple job either, I had to have my tub removed, all new supply and drain lines replaced and a shower installed along with shelves, grab bar, and glass doors.
