It has been six months since installation of a surround for the bathtub. The vinyl walls were not installed as promised and are peeling away from the wall. Water is getting into the walls every time someone takes a shower and the house is starting to smell like mildew. The trim pieces were not cut after the installation of the vinyl surround and the vinyl surround was not properly trimmed so it is bubbling. This is our second Bath Fitter experience. This time we converted our tub to a walk-in shower. Dylan was our installer. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous. Once the job was complete he cleaned up and left no sign of a mess. We are very happy with the end result. Fully recommend Bath Fitter to our friends and family. Dylan did an amazing job.

We had our bathfitter shower installed yesterday by Chuck who was very cool and professional. I was at work, so my son was home during the installation, I came home to a wonderful new walk in shower, it actually turned out better then I imagined. Everything was clean when he left, never would have known he did the old shower demolition, not even a speck dust left behind.
