Mike and Brendon arrived on time. They parked respectfully on our street and introduced themselves. They were very courteous, friendly (but not creepy friendly), and professional. They explained to us everything they would be doing. When they had to shut the water off for an hour, they asked if we needed to use / get any water first. They worked well together. Joey and Branden did an excellent job on tearing out our bath tub and installing a new shower. I would of given them a 5 star rating If Bath Fitter supplied them with a vacuum to clean up after their done. Tahnks Joey and Branden, everything looks great.

Wow what a change. Coming from a shower that had plaster walls and no tile at all! Had a slight issue with the shower faucet and it was fixed very quickly. Joe A. did the install, was polite, friendly, clean, and professional. Sales Rep Chris was very responsive and a pleasure as well. Was about 50% cheaper than quote from Kohler.
