We love our new bathtub and surround round shower from bath fitter. Our installer Chuck was friendly courteous and extremely professional. He had the work done and just a 1/2 of a day and explained what he was doing along the way. Chuck reviewed the steps we need to take when it's time for us to have our floor place and how that Bathfitter will come out and ensure that the work done at the tub will be still covered under our lifetime guarantee.
The salesman Billy was very thorough in explaining the product and procedure of using Bath Fitter to replace our bathroom shower. As well he answered all our questions. The installer Chuck did an excellent job on the installation and he was very good about cleaning up everything . He answered all our questions as well before leaving.
I had my bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower people were on time did an excellent job , I highly recommend them total time was about 6 hours
We recently had a complete do over. Bath tub removed and replaced with handicap walk in shower with privacy doors. Dylan and Joey were a dynamic team. They arrived at 8 am and were done by 4 pm. They barely stopped for a water and never took lunch. They prepared area and covered floors to protect from mishaps and keep the area as clean as possible. I am truly enjoying the look and safety of our new shower. I would recommend these two friendly, courteous and hardworking gentleman.
