Dylan installed a shower stall in our master bath and Andy covered our guest bathroom tub. They were very knowledgeable and courteous to making sure our home was left without damage. Both baths are on our second floor so everything had to be carried upstairs. They covered all floors so nothing was damaged. Dylan let us make decisions on how our shower stall was to be set up. They both did wonderful jobs. We would use them again if we ever need another remodel.
Dan installed the tub liner and surround walls. Was definitely prompt - was told between 8 and 9 a.m., he arrived at 7:59 a.m!
He ended up not having all parts needed to complete job - shower rod was too short, screw to hold overflow plate was too short. So another tech came next morning (he was supposed to call first, but did NOT). He installed shower rod, but again did not have the right length screw for overflow plate! ???? Dylan and Andy did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, laid a runner down to protect the floor. Pleasant and professional. They did a great job. Ripped out our old tub and surround, removed an unnecessary header, installed a new tub, new surround, wainscoting in the whole bathroom. Our bathroom looks tremendous.
