Rob and Dan V. Did a fantastic job installing our new shower. They replaced the Tub that Bathfitter also installed 12 years ago. There was nothing wrong with the old one but I'm not getting any younger and stepping into a shower is much easier than stepping into a tub. Everything went smoothly from making the appointment from Thomas R. to Rob and Dan's expert installation. Great Job all.

The service from the sales side Billy was great. Customer service that called to follow up was top notch. Then comes Chuck to install was the icing on the cake - outstanding service by all. Chuck was very polite/professional and explained the entire process, checked the order with me and performed the install on time. I very happy with the entire process and love my new shower.
