Dylan was our installer and he did a great job. Our bathroom is 29 steps up and he had to scale them many times to bring materials in and out. He did so cheerfully. Plus the work he did was very professional ...it looks great. The whole Bathfitter experience was top notch , from Tom our salesman to Dylan . Chuck installed our bath fitter system (tub and shower fixtures and shower walls). He was on time, very knowledgeable, prepared, efficient, and clean. He gave great advice after the install with cleaning and maintenance info too. And he was happy! You wouldn’t believe how many contractors are miserable.
