He answered any and all of my questions. He was very efficient, worked steadily and cleaned up as he progressed. The finished product was my old tub gone and a new shower in its place. Looks beautiful and works even better.
The Bath Fitter sales rep was professional and reasonable. We had an idea of what we wanted and he was able to offer recommendations without being pushy. We felt the timeframe from the order to install was reasonable at roughly a month or so. The price is incredibly expensive, but it was relief to one it was getting done and they did truly do it in a day. We just had a shower installed. It looks great. It was done quicker than I expected. Todd, the installer was great. He explained everything and there was no mess at all afterwards. I'm really happy we went with Bathfitter.
