Billy our salesperson was excellent and knowledgeable, He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us on stuff we didn't want. Our installers Dan, Dylan, and Mike were outstanding. professional, on time, and cleaned everything after. We had another company come out and redo both of my bathrooms a little over a year ago. Rob and Dan V. Did a fantastic job installing our new shower. They replaced the Tub that Bathfitter also installed 12 years ago. There was nothing wrong with the old one but I'm not getting any younger and stepping into a shower is much easier than stepping into a tub. Everything went smoothly from making the appointment from Thomas R. to Rob and Dan's expert installation. Great Job all.
