On December 22, 2020, our installer, Chuck, arrived right on time. He proceeded to replace our tub/shower with a beautiful shower unit. He kept us advised of his progress and, when finished, we emphatically said "WOW" !!! Chuck did an outstanding job !!! We so appreciate his efforts !!!
We got our downstairs tub redone on a Monday a few weeks ago. Chuck was our installer, and arrived just a few moments after 8am. Our biggest concern was that we had some tile that surrounded our tub that we wanted to keep, and make it look like everything flowed together. Chuck did a great job of this, and the new bath fitter installation looked exactly like we had hoped, and looks like it has been there the whole time. Today an installer, Terry, came at 8:30AM and finished at 4:30PM.
He worked alone, quietly and efficiently. He tore out our old spa tub with jets and installed a beautiful walk-in shower. It now is just as we ordered. The price was somewhat higher than two other quotes we had but I figured this shop specializes in bath remakes and now I'm glad I went with Bathfitter.
