Chuck arrived on time and well organized. He briefed me on his plans for the installation of a new shower for the master bedroom and asked for my permission to start the job. He then went to work and finished the job faster than expected. I examined the new shower as Chuck explained its features. The installer Terry from Buffalo / Cheektowaga NY came on time or early even and very efficiently and professionally performed install ion on not one but two bathrooms. We are very happy with the finished product and highly recommend BathFitter.
Just had the bathtub removed and a walk in shower installed. Chuck C was prompt at 8:00 and laid down carpet on my floor so my floor wouldn't get dirty. Very professional and kind and was finished by 2:00. Left no mess for us to clean up. His work area was spotless. This is the 2nd bath fitter restoration that I've had done by him and would highly recommend bath fitters. He is my #1 guy.
