Just had the bathtub removed and a walk in shower installed. Chuck C was prompt at 8:00 and laid down carpet on my floor so my floor wouldn't get dirty. Very professional and kind and was finished by 2:00. Left no mess for us to clean up. His work area was spotless. This is the 2nd bath fitter restoration that I've had done by him and would highly recommend bath fitters. He is my #1 guy.

Amazing how a short period of time transformed our bathroom from blah to very nice. I wasn't sure how I would like going from a tub and shower to a walk-in shower but it looks amazing and functional. I also wondered how this work could be completed in one day, but it was. Our installer Dan was prompt and professional and kept me updated on all the steps he was performing. Dan left the bathroom as clean as it was before he arrived and you could never tell that an old tub and wall was removed.... Read more

We had our bathroom done 16 years ago. Up until recently we had no issues, however when getting out of the shower sometime back the curved shower rod pulled out of the wall. The mounting bracket was still attached, it appeared as though the fixture itself was rusted and it broke off. We made arrangements to have it replaced and the repair guy informed us due to the fact it was pulled away from the wall there would be a $75 dollar charge.
