DYLAN was my tech that remodeled my bathroom. It was all done in 5 hours. he showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and reviewed the whole project. He put plastic down in my garage, plastic all the way up my carpet steps. He was professional, super friendly and worked hard. The only time I decades I was completely satisfied with the contractor that came to my house. I have to wait a day to use it so we will see tomorrow and over time the quality but Dylan was great!

Today was my Mom and my first ever experience with Bath Fitter. We were attracted by the life-time guarantee and the 24 hour installation. Appointment scheduling was made super EZ and surprised it was scheduled for about six weeks from commitment. Our sales rep, Chris Knapp, was very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional.
