Our tub developed at crack (installed 2014). We called Bath Fitter and they promptly dispatched a Service Technician to assess the situation and they determined the tub needed to be replaced. A Service Call was scheduled and the Technician arrived at exactly the time they were scheduled to be here. The Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable during the visit.
