July 30,2021 We replaced an old one piece tub unit, with a shower. The installer was professional, timely, and informative . He explained everything he was going to do, and gave us an idea of how long it would take .He covered rugs with runners to keep dust off. When he was done, he cleaned up all the dust etc. .We now have a beautiful new shower! We would highly recommend Bath Fitter!

Thursday 7/23/2021 my handicap accessible shower was brought to life. Terry was the installer and worked tirelessly to make this happen. He arrived early and left late....never taking a break. His work was amazing and better than I even dreamed possible. I’m certain not all installers are alike..I feel so lucky to have had Terry sent to my home. We had a walk-in shower installed replacing a bathtub. Joe A, our installer, arrived on time and was friendly and polite. He asked for permission to place his tools outside our bathroom and arranged them to allow me access to the other rooms nearby and he put down runners to protect our flooring. After he looked over the bathroom and the plumbing in the basement I asked if he expected any problems. Joe said no and added that he would be finished by 4:30, and he was. Joe L came to the house on time. He was very meticulous and did a beautiful job of installing new tub, surround and grab bars. He took all the old parts with him and left our home spotless. I would highly recommend him for any needed work in the future.
