Dan V and Chuck installed a walk in shower for my mom. Appointment was for 8 am and they were on time. They were friendly, professional and all work was completed with minimal disruption. They cut and removed a cast iron tub, and installed the shower in a day. They were very patient with my mom (88), explaining placement of shelf, safety bar, cleaning and use of faucet. In September of 2022 we had Bath Fitter installer a shower unit. Todd was the installer & did a very good job. He explained every thing he did and when I would check on his progress Todd would show me each piece that was taken out & then explain the next stage. He did the job in great time. I never thought the job could be completed in the allotted time but it was. Todd is a great asset to your company! I am very happy with my new shower. Thank you, Bath Fitter!
