Joe A. just left after converting our broken old tub to a new shower. Can't say enough nice about him - personable, timely, polite, helpful, informative (I had to make a couple of decisions as we went), excellent work. Cleaned up after he was done. It looks terrific, but we have to wait 24 hours until we can use it. Dylan did a terrific job removing our 1940's bathtub and replaced it with a new shower and fixtures. He answered all of our questions and appreciated our business. This is our second bathroom shower installation through Bath Fitter and they did not disappoint. Tom Robida was our salesperson contact, also very professional and knowledgeable.
