He was on time, covered what he could with floor mats and worked without stopping until the installation was finished. Moen did not include the correct covering for the shower hardware (some was chrome some was brushed silver). Our installer today was Brenden. He was very pleasant, discussed what the work was he would be doing, and answered questions. He laid down runners to protect our floors and cleaned up before he left. We were very impressed that one man did all the work by himself, removed an existing bathtub, laid down wood and leveled a shower base, plumbed the shower and tap, added wall board where needed, installed the shower surround and grab bars.
