Rob installed our shower replacement. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the process and answered our questions. They cleaned up with no mess behind. We used the shower today and we are very happy with the renovation!😊

The person who came to install our shower was on time, went right to work, the shower was installed in no time, he cleaned up after the installation, then explained everything we needed to know about the shower and shower head. We were extremely happy with the service we received throughout the entire process. It was simple, convenient, and fast. We'd recommend Bath fitter to anyone looking to remodel their bathtub/ shower.

Our contractor (Brenden) is terrific. We have an issue with the shower head not pivoting enough. All other aspects of the shower are just right .

We are very satisfied with the results of our wainscoting surround, and previous bathtub and shower surround completed by Bath Fitter. Our technician, Brenden, was very professional and efficient. He arrived on time and worked quickly. Brenden spent time explaining the work he completed and took the time to answer any questions we had. The results are beautiful. We would recommend Bath Fitter for any remodeling projects you might have in mind for your bathroom.

On Friday 6/5/2026, Bill Vandorn came to my home in Amherst to give me a quote on a tub to shower conversion. On that day he said install would most likely be in August. Later in the week they called to see if I would be home on Sat. 6/13/26, because they would be able to install. Today, Joey came at 8:00am to install. He worked by himself, and did a fantastic job! It was a REAL WOW moment. He was finished, packed up and done by 1:00pm. He was professional, personable, neat, and efficient. There... Read more
