The installer, Dylan, arrived right on time. He introduced himself, gave us a quick description of what he'd be doing, and dove into the job. He spread out runners to protect the carpets before working, then had the old tub, surround, and shower doors out in no time. He made alterations to the drain lines and shower supply piping, then started the install. We were amazed at how quickly it all came together. We had an old tub removed and replaced with a new shower. Joe A. arrived at 8am on the dot and did not leave until the work was completed to his and our satisfaction. it took him a little over 8.5 hours to complete. Joe A. did an excellent job. Bath Fitters replaced my stand up shower stall on the second floor. They put in a new base, fixture, and new walls. They were able to do everything In one day just under 8 hours. All went well with no extras. Their employee Terry was very professional. He cleaned up all debris from the old shower. I am happy with their work and it is guaranteed for life !

Shower stall tear out and bathtub install. Brendan and Joe did great work. Very professional but yet quick and efficient. They started working around 9 and were out of the driveway by 1. Me and my family couldn't be happier with our new tub!!
