I wanted to cover a 25 year old acrylic shower stall, but the outdated size and worn surfaces meant a tear-out and new install. The salesperson (Billy Vanhorn) explained everything carefully and went above and beyond to schedule the install to accommodate my irregular work shift. Joe A just installed a walk-in shower in my home. Joe arrived on time, was very professional and very knowledgeable about the product. He immediately lay down runners to protect my floor.
