The installer's name was Chuck, he was everything you could ask for as a person & installer. First off he was right on spot for the time, pleasent to talk to, very informative, worked at a very steady pace, asked where we wanted grab bars & corner shelf before just placing them where he thought, also made sure we knew how the shower head and shower doors worked and last, how to maintain cleaning of the shower in general to as not to disrupt the warranty. Very satisfied.
Just had a basement shower installed by Dylan and Chuck. They did an awesome job. Got the curved door model and it is really neat. Space was a concern and the fit is perfect. Also had a new shower head and hand bar installed in our upstairs bath that bath fitter did years ago. This is a top notch company with great staff. Quality products, top notch technology, and staff that cares about their clients by providing awesome service. When it comes to bathrooms, Bath Fitter is the way to go!
Joe A. arrive at 7:45am with Joe L joining him a little while later. Both men were very professional and friendly. They focused on the job and finished completely within 10 minutes of the estimated time. They took precautions as to not cause damage to or get dirt in the house. We were very pleased with their work and giving us instructions on how to use and care for our new walk in shower. The actual job they did was replace our tube with a walk in shower.
