Joe A was on right on time and was friendly, professional, skilled and efficient. He finished my bathtub to shower conversion in half the day, much quicker than I anticipated, and cleaned everything up so well, even taking all the trash with him. As a completely satisfied customer, I highly recommend Bath Fitters. Also, Tony G who came first to sell the product worked with me to arrive at a price with which I was comfortable. He too was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about your products.
