Our salesperson John was also a joy to work with. We got several other quotes and BF was the best by a wide margin. What also impressed me was John did not talk down the competition but felt very comfortable in BF being the best value. The other guys however not only were higher cost but attempted to trash BF. Very unprofessional on their part.

We chose Bathfitter for our bathroom remodel and so happy we did. Tile had to be removed, new greenboard, etc.They finished in one day. Woke up with ugly bathroom and the next day beautiful. So easy to clean too. Joe A. was excellent! We are glad we made this choice. Plus, we could design it ourselves. (Cheektowaga location)
