Our 2 fellows from Bath Fitter (Joe A. and Todd) arrived on time, covered our rugs to protect them, and set to work immediately. They used a sledge to break up our giant, old tub, and they did it fast, and were carrying that tub out in boxes before we knew it. Is it the cheapest way out? Nope. But like most things in life, you get what you pay for. Joe A. from Bathfitter in Cheektowaga showed up exactly on time, worked professionally, cleanly and quickly. I didn't have a simple job either, I had to have my tub removed, all new supply and drain lines replaced and a shower installed along with shelves, grab bar, and glass doors. I am writing this review for a friend who just had his bathtub removed and a walk in shower installed by Joe A. from Bath Fitters in Cheektowaga. First of all, it amazed me that 1 guy did the whole bathroom alone in only 7 hours. He cleaned up after himself and explained in detail everything he did. I definitely recommend Bath Fitters if you are planning to upgrade your bathroom

The installer, Dylan, arrived right on time. He introduced himself, gave us a quick description of what he'd be doing, and dove into the job. He spread out runners to protect the carpets before working, then had the old tub, surround, and shower doors out in no time. He made alterations to the drain lines and shower supply piping, then started the install. We were amazed at how quickly it all came together. We had an old tub removed and replaced with a new shower. Joe A. arrived at 8am on the dot and did not leave until the work was completed to his and our satisfaction. it took him a little over 8.5 hours to complete. Joe A. did an excellent job.
