Chuck completed my shower in an attached apartment for me. He was on time, friendly and professional. Chuck stated the floor was slightly slanted so he put new sub floor in which I believe most other people would probably not do. The job was done in about 4 hours, which was great, especially with him working alone. Chuck deserves 5/5 stars. This was my third experience with Bath Fitter. I am pleased with their product. It’s easy to clean & how can you not like the one day installation process? Chuck was our installer and he arrived on time at 8AM and was finished a little before 1PM in the afternoon. He was very neat both in the bathroom and the hallways that lead there. Efficient, experienced, pleasant and neat, what more could you want?
