Only reason they get 2 stars is because the finished product looks better than the prior state. That said, overall I am disappointed in the lack of transparency and honesty from the company. We had bath fitter installed about a month ago to do a tub/shower removal and walk-in shower installation. Brendan and Joe A were in and out in about 6 hours. They left everything very clean and the install looks great. We have so much more room in the shower now, and the conversion fixed all the issues we had with our old tub/shower. Joe A and Dan were super respectful and professional. They knew exactly what to do from the time they walked in and laid down mats until their meticulous clean up. They were kind and social and funny. They were a super team working together and helping each other do the best they can do. The job is perfect and the bath fitter is absolutely beautiful. Everything from start to finish was an excellent job from Tony Gatto who was the salesman explaining everything to us. Then the workers, who did the job Brenden and Rob, they did an excellent job. They left the bathroom in a very clean condition.

Our shower area was old and had started leaking a great deal. We tried fixing it several times, but decided to get a quote from Bath Fitter. Since the faucet was leaking hot water it's something we needed done ASAP. Someone came out and gave us a quote, which was more than we expected.
