From initial visit to showroom, home estimate and installation the whole process flowed smoothly. The in-home visit/estimate was quick and to the point. The installer’s were very professional and completed the work on time and without incident. Overall a pleasant experience.

The water spout broke off and the pipe was broken when my husband fell into it. He was ok but the pipe wasn't. I chatted w/Bath fitters and from customer service to Zack the service technician they were amazing. Zach arrived early explained everything he was going to do and did a great job.
