I decided on Bath fitter because my parents have one and they had a great experience. That being said the finished product looks great, and I am happy with the overall quality. I can only give two stars due to two factors. The first and less important factor is that I was told on the phone I only needed to put away the things in my shower (shampoos and soaps). Joe L did a great job. Arrived on time. Looked good when finished. I did the bathtub surround and an extra wall, along with new shower head tub spout and change over from dual handles to a single handle valve. Everything looked great. Everything was done in 5ish hours. And we are able to use the bath again in another 24 hours. They are definitely on the more expensive side but as far as I can tell they were worth it. Especially if you are in a time crunch for the install window.
