They were very professional, well coordinated from field sales to office to installation. Stan sold us the service for a renewed bathroom removing an old tub and installing a new shower system. He followed up and handed off to the office very professionally. The installer was Brenden and he was great! Very pleasant and took control of the days activities right away. Tore out tub and installed a walk-in shower with all the amenities. Arrived promptly and finished early. Great cleanup!! Both Brendan and Andy were professional, hard working, fast, knowledgeable.... We had Bathfitter update two bathrooms - Chuck worked on the shower, Dylan and Rick worked on the bathtub. Awesome work, outstanding service. The guys used floor coverings to protect our carpets and cleaned everything before they left. They arrived on time and did a great job. We are extremely pleased with the results and would recommend Bathfitter .. and Chuck, Dylan, and Rick. Thanks!
