I am an extremely satisfied BathFitter customer! Mine was not a typical install - the old fiberglass surround had to be completely removed and quite a bit of extra work was required to prepare the space for my new walk-in shower! Terry did a wonderful job with our tub and wainscoting. I love the final product more that I thought I would, so it definitely exceeded expectations. Everything is super neat and clean-cut. Most importantly, we ran into some last second set backs with minor electrical and plumbing adjustments and I thought we would have to postpone Bathfitter while we wait for electrician for several days. But Terry took care of everything on his own and finished the whole bathroom in one day as promised.
