Our salesman Stan Nowacki was outstanding, explained the whole process A to Z. The Bath Fitter installers, Garrett and Rob arrived on time, shoes off in the house at first, then laid a mat from the front door all the way to the second floor bathroom so as not to dirty our new carpet. Garrett and Rob disassembled the old shower, removed it and after taking careful measurements built our new Bath Fitter Shower, They did a FABULOUS job. They were fast, and it looks outstanding. Great service. First of all they respect your house when they are going in and out. They worked straight the through until the job was done. They demo’ed my tub and put in a new shower within 5 hours. Then made sure they left with everything as clean as when they walked in. Joe L and Pat were the utmost professionals. I highly recommend them.

Our installer Terry was very professional, personable and efficient, we are very satisfied with his work, exceptional. The finished product and materials are as good a quality as we expected. Terry left our home spotless when he packed up and left.

Joe and Dylan did a fantastic job setting up their equipment and materials, removing the old tub and walls. They redid plumbing, put new green board on the walls and treated plywood to support the seat, installed grab rails, sliding glass doors ,cleaned up and were gone in under 3 1/2 hours! Fantastic Second installation was a curved door corner shower and Joe showed up on time and completed the installation in fantastic time .
