Today an installer, Terry, came at 8:30AM and finished at 4:30PM. He worked alone, quietly and efficiently. He tore out our old spa tub with jets and installed a beautiful walk-in shower. It now is just as we ordered. The price was somewhat higher than two other quotes we had but I figured this shop specializes in bath remakes and now I'm glad I went with Bathfitter.

The gentleman [Joe L] came in on time----polite, courteous and ready for the task at hand. Bath fitter did an excellent job of installing a new tub right over our existing tub. There were a few unexpected modifications which had to be taken and Terry, the bath fitter installer was able to carry out those modifications in a professional manner. We found, Terry, our bath fitter installer to be very friendly, very professional and informative as the installation process went along. He did a good job and we are delighted with our new bath fitter tub!
