Had bathtub replaced on a Friday, Waited 24 hours and showered on Saturday. It leaked through the floor and onto my kitchen ceiling. Called and a plumber was sent. It took another 3 hours to fix. Another day without the shower. I was told someone would call me on Monday to arrange to fix my kitchen ceiling. No one called. Tuesday I called.
