We had a bathfitter tub/ shower unit installed. It looks very nice and quite an improvement over our old tub/shower. Our installer, Brenden, was very polite and did a great job on the installation, including cleaning up afterwards. When he was finished, he took time to explain to us the use and care of our new tub/shower, including the best products to use to clean it, and most important, what products should not be used so that the finish doesn't get damaged. Our tub developed at crack (installed 2014). We called Bath Fitter and they promptly dispatched a Service Technician to assess the situation and they determined the tub needed to be replaced. A Service Call was scheduled and the Technician arrived at exactly the time they were scheduled to be here. The Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable during the visit.
