This was a pleasant experience right from the salesman to the finished product. I received a call the day before that the serviceman would be there at 8:00 a.m. Imagine my surprise when my doorbell rang at 8:00 a.m.!! I was happy that Joe was there at the time the scheduler said. He worked alone and I was amazed how friendly and efficient he was. He made sure our hallway/stairs were covered so they would be clean.
