We were due to have our install done on 12/30. The first installer was not even close to attempting to look or act professional. Not all of our parts were in (the tub) and he really wasn’t much help other than to say he would do part of the job on Monday and the rest on Friday. Not a good solution. We opted to have the complete job done on Friday. Thank goodness.
