Bathroom remodel done by Todd and Joe A was done to my Aunts home. The old tub was removed and a walk in shower was done all in one half day. Usually one person works alone for the day but it was an added job done on New Years Eve. Both Todd and Joe A were very neat workers cleaning up as they worked. On December 28th, we had Bathfitter's Replace our shower. Chuck the installer was the consummate professional going above and beyond expectations to ensure we received the best treatment. On top of performing an unexpected repair, he was also extremely considerate in preparation and clean up. You would never know anyone had been here.

On December 22, 2020, our installer, Chuck, arrived right on time. He proceeded to replace our tub/shower with a beautiful shower unit. He kept us advised of his progress and, when finished, we emphatically said "WOW" !!! Chuck did an outstanding job !!! We so appreciate his efforts !!!

We got our downstairs tub redone on a Monday a few weeks ago. Chuck was our installer, and arrived just a few moments after 8am. Our biggest concern was that we had some tile that surrounded our tub that we wanted to keep, and make it look like everything flowed together. Chuck did a great job of this, and the new bath fitter installation looked exactly like we had hoped, and looks like it has been there the whole time.
