Dan installed the tub liner and surround walls. Was definitely prompt - was told between 8 and 9 a.m., he arrived at 7:59 a.m! He ended up not having all parts needed to complete job - shower rod was too short, screw to hold overflow plate was too short. So another tech came next morning (he was supposed to call first, but did NOT). He installed shower rod, but again did not have the right length screw for overflow plate! ???? You would think first installer would have noted EXACTLY what length ... Read more

Dylan and Andy did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, laid a runner down to protect the floor. Pleasant and professional. They did a great job. Ripped out our old tub and surround, removed an unnecessary header, installed a new tub, new surround, wainscoting in the whole bathroom. Our bathroom looks tremendous. Bath Fitter is not cheap but the staff is worth the money. Completely rebuilt the main part of our bathroom in one day and left by 4 pm. Took only two weeks from estimate approval ... Read more
