Billy the sales rep was awesome and not gimmicky, which is very appreciated. Installer, Brenden, was on-time and very thorough. Did a lot of work ensuring no leaks and replaced some fixtures to ensure the tub was in excellent working condition. Overall, very happy with the experience with Bath Fitter. THANK YOU!

Chuck arrived right on time and confirmed all the choices we made on our new shower install before any work was started. He was fast and did a really nice job. He cleaned up well before showing me the shower and going over the maintenance, which is mostly using appropriate cleaning products to not damage the new tub and surround. Well done and recommended, company product and installer.
