I had a new tub installed by Todd. I am absolutely thrilled at how nice it looks. Todd is an excellent installer, very professional cleaned up all the old tub parts the doors the plumbing the whole job was perfect. He is very thorough he is very professional and very good at installing. I would highly recommend him for anyone that is interested in a bath remodel
5 stars is for the installer. He was in and out in a little over 4 hours, including the mandatory time spent with my dog. he did put a small nick in my newly replastered, painted wall, but i am told that will be fixed, and he left a little mess in the basement of which I'm sure he was unaware. The salesperson , however, I would give 3 stars. He told us there was a discount because the home show was in town, but neglected to say it only applies if you pay cash. Rob did an excellent job; it looks great! He arrived within the stated time frame, protected my carpeting, and worked non-stop until the job was completed. He went over the maintenance with me and answered any questions I had. The bathroom was left very clean!
