The correct shower head and shelf to be installed were not available this past Friday when they did the installation, but Warren called me first thing Monday and came right over that morning to install both. We were very pleased with the timing of the estimate and were able to have installation within two weeks although that was inconvenient for us so we pushed the installation back two weeks.
