This was a pleasant experience right from the salesman to the finished product. I received a call the day before that the serviceman would be there at 8:00 a.m. Imagine my surprise when my doorbell rang at 8:00 a.m.!! Had Joe A install a new Bath Fitter system, a shower, for us. He did an excellent job. Was on time, very professional, neat, cleaned up after job was done leaving house and bathroom in spotless condition. Great guy, company and sales person we dealt with, Chris Knapp. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bathroom tub shower set up.
