It didn't happen the way we thought it would. Visions of the disruption of our life for most of the day; water shut off during that time; sawing the bathtub to get it out. No, it was much better. We just had our walk in shower installed by Joe A and he did an amazing job. He arrived on time and reviewed our order and answered questions before placing runners all the way through the house to protect the floors. He completed the tear out and installation in five hours and the final product is beautiful. Joe A was courteous and helpful, and he worked with us to switch out the originally ordered shelf to another corner shelving unit. We were pleased with the entire process.

First I want to say what a pleasure it was dealing with the salesman John. We spent the afternoon together. I told him exactly what I wanted done and he told me that it would not be a problem to do what I wanted. He then went about measuring every inch of the shower and tub. The estimate was in line with other quotes but his measuring was superior. Chuck was the installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly and what he did in one day was quite amazing.
