very professional. did what they said they were going to do. The changes are beautiful. The 6 hours taken to transform bath/shower to a walk in shower was amazing.

Over all this was a good experience. Joe A and Gage were great! On time, fast and professional. Really great guys! I hope Bathfitter knows what a gift great employees are.
For the money it seems lower quality than I was expecting but it looks great and my wife is happy. I am having an issue registering for the life time warranty. Apparently there is a card given out at install. I did not receive this card.
