The gentleman [Joe L] came in on time----polite, courteous and ready for the task at hand. Explained every detail of the process he was at the time n respected my home----❄ Thank you, Bath Fitters for having employees that treats our homes as their own. I am very happy n satisfied with the results. Eventhough, the shower was done so that I can assist my sickly mother as to she was moving in with because of her health-----Stage 4 spreading to her pelvic due to SBO mass🥺----she passed on the 9th ... Bath fitter did an excellent job of installing a new tub right over our existing tub. There were a few unexpected modifications which had to be taken and Terry, the bath fitter installer was able to carry out those modifications in a professional manner. We found, Terry, our bath fitter installer to be very friendly, very professional and informative as the installation process went along. He did a good job and we are delighted with our new bath fitter tub!

They laid plastic down to protect our floors from the front door to the bathroom. By 3:30 pm the work was completed including the cleanup. Very professional. My only issue is Bathfitter's review process. Soon after signing the contract, they sent an email for me to review our sales rep. Tom, who did a fine job of explaining things. I felt that we should wait ... Read more

On Dec 16 2020 Brenden arrived and explained what he would be doing today. He replaced the tub surround and installed a new tub. He was very personable and explained everything he would be doing. He did a great job cleaning up! Before leaving he took the time to go over the proper cleaning products I should use. I am beyond pleased with both the job and Brenden.
