My experience with Bath Fitter was one of the best home Improvement contractor experiences I have ever had. Brenden showed up on time even though road conditions were bad. He meticulously designed the surround to fit our unusual setting and we love the finished product. He was a pleasure to have in our home!🎄
Only reason they get 2 stars is because the finished product looks better than the prior state.
That said, overall I am disappointed in the lack of transparency and honesty from the company. During my decision process for this project I looked at multiple companies and reviewed all of my options. We had bath fitter installed about a month ago to do a tub/shower removal and walk-in shower installation. Brendan and Joe A were in and out in about 6 hours. They left everything very clean and the install looks great. We have so much more room in the shower now, and the conversion fixed all the issues we had with our old tub/shower.
