I needed a new bottom tub installed because the previous one had cracked and both tubs before that had to be cuts because of where my heat is in the bathroom. Yesterday Rob went above and beyond for me and took the spout off and the shower handle off so he could put it in a different way. So my tub no longer had to be cut and it's all one piece now. I'm thoroughly impressed with his motivation to do the job the right way!
Mike and Brenden were are installers for our shower. They were so friendly and competent. Kept us posted every step of the way. We absolutely love it. 21 years ago Bathfitters installed over our tub and that held up beautifully. We are now at the stage of needing a shower only with a seat. It’s everything I hoped for. Bath Fitter did a phenomenal job with the install of our new walk-in shower. The two installation technicians (Dan & Joey) were very skilled and paid strict attention to detail. Both were very courteous, knowledgeable and offered us suggestions on the install of options. Would highly recommend them.
