When we first met Chris Knapp, after interviewing and getting other estimates, we knew we really liked him and his honest, down to earth professional approach to getting a remodeled over 30-year old shower, and we had other estimates set up. We told Chris that we wanted the shower done before Thanksgiving and on a Friday.
