Our experience with bath fitter was positive for the most part. Tech was polite and came on time. After hooking up water we had a small leek which came down into our kitchen ceiling and cabinets. The water mark has disappeared but tech was reluctant to note that on our final paperwork, but did after insisting on our part. The final outcome was good, tub looks nice, but not sure it was worth the money, time will tell.
My installer, Todd. was very good. On time, efficient and friendly. Roll in shower looks beautiful.
