This is my second job through bath fitters in Cheektowaga. The first was my downstairs 18 years ago and it still looks brand new! So, when the time came for redoing the upstairs it was a no brainer for me. Dylan came on a Saturday to install since my schedule was very hectic the next few weeks doing the normal work week and I cannot express enough how polite and professional he was. Kept the house clean by laying mats Dow, cleaned up after, and the install itself was topnotch.

I wanted to love my Bath Fitter shower, but after three months of use, I don’t. It is just OK. The shower was installed over a ceramic shower - ceramic floor, walls and ceiling. The process is that adhesive strips are placed on the ceramic walls and the acrylic panels stuck to the strips but after three months the panels are pulling away from the adhesive strips in three places. You can see the wall bulge, if you press against the wall you feel it stick to the strips but then it separates again... Read more
