5 stars is for the installer. He was in and out in a little over 4 hours, including the mandatory time spent with my dog. he did put a small nick in my newly replastered, painted wall, but i am told that will be fixed, and he left a little mess in the basement of which I'm sure he was unaware. The salesperson , however, I would give 3 stars. He told us there was a discount because the home show was in town, but neglected to say it only applies if you pay cash. Rob did an excellent job; it looks great! He arrived within the stated time frame, protected my carpeting, and worked non-stop until the job was completed. He went over the maintenance with me and answered any questions I had. The bathroom was left very clean!

Joe L. did a fabulous job installing our new shower unit. Our old one was 25 years old and was leaking. The new shower is beautiful and Joe did a great job cleaning up and making sure he went over every detail of the work he did and how to use it. Very Happy Customer!

Bath Fitter was on time and job was finished in about 5 hours. So much more space and so easy to clean. Wish we hadn’t waited so long to have the bathroom redone! Highly recommend.

Our salesman Stan Nowacki was outstanding, explained the whole process A to Z. The Bath Fitter installers, Garrett and Rob arrived on time, shoes off in the house at first, then laid a mat from the front door all the way to the second floor bathroom so as not to dirty our new carpet. Garrett and Rob disassembled the old shower, removed it and after taking careful measurements built our new Bath Fitter Shower, They did a FABULOUS job. They were fast, and it looks outstanding.
