Needed to get my parents bathroom redone. Chris K (our salesman) was very patient even with multiple changes to our order. Our installer Joe A was fantastic! The demolition was a little more than he expected but he never complained and still finished on time. He was careful with our carpets and when we dropped in to check out his work he took the time to answer all our questions. Great experience all around.
In under 5 hours I had a whole new beautiful tub, walls and fixtures. They even completely took out my old tub in that time. Dylan and Todd did wonderful work!
Rob arrived promptly in the morning and converted our tub and shower from old and tired to bright and clean in just one day. We’re very happy that we chose to go ahead with the project.
Two workmen arrived at 0801 and immediately started work. I had them remove the old soffit over the front edge of the tub as well as install a new tub liner and wall/ceiling liners. They were done by 1250! They cleaned up what was a lot of dust and removed the walk-off rugs they put down over our wood floors. Both were very polite and cordial.
