The salesperson knee the product well. I also had reviewed the web site and knew exactly what I wanted. The installer showed up on time. He moved some furniture for me so he had room to work and spread a tarp to keep my home clean. The install took less time than I was told it would take. That’s because it was measured correctly and made correctly. The tub and shower is beautiful and just what I wanted. I very satisfied.
