My shower was technically fine, but included seams that i knew would eventually be an issue so I decided to have Bath Fitters give me an estimate after seeing them at the Erie County Fair, where they were offering a discount. They quoted a very reasonable price. Installation of my shower started at 8am and was completed by 1pm. Every time we called Bath Fitter we were greeted with an office assistant who answered the phone with a wonderfully friendly voice. First good impression. Second good impression... Joe Leo installed our new shower unit. I feel like the lady in the Bath Fitter commercial on TV... I am wowed by how wonderful my new shower looks. Our bath was the ugly green tub that was over 60 yrs old. We were anxious to transform it to strictly a shower both for safety and convenience . We worked with Billy as our sales rep and Dylan as the installer. I would have to say that the entire experience was painless and left us with a impressive new shower that significantly improved the the space and appearance . Joe and Todd did outstanding jobs on the two bathrooms in my home! They arrived on time, were considerate of maintaining cleanliness, were accurate with their time frame of job completion, and the bath and shower look impeccable! They provided education on the use and upkeep on the product. They were very polite and I felt comfortable with them in my home. I am looking forward to my new bathroom experience!
