today arrived at 8:15 am ,took out cast iron tub and shower surround ,installed new subfloor ,did plumbing refit ,put down base ,installed walls ,popped a ceramic floor tile loose which they put back very well. asked where and how I wanted the grab bars put . answered all my question ,which were many ,to my satisfaction ,this is very important because I am 80 years old and generally I am dissatisfied with almost every thing .This job was done perfectly ,and I was VERY happy with the entire proce... The reason I went with Bath Fitters is because I know other people who used them more than 10 years ago and their baths still look new, so the product holds up. As far as my technician, he was the consummate professional. He was on time, courteous, and made every effort to keep from making a mess, and cleaned up very well when complete. His workmanship was excellent, and a better job could not have been done. Very satisfied here.
We got an install done this week and wow- what an amazing job! Mike our installer was here right on time and got the job done by 3pm same day. He carefully covered our floors wherever he needed to walk which was great- cleaned everything up in the bathroom, hallway, even the driveway where he did some of the trimming work etc. The Bath Fitter itself is beautiful, we really love it.
